Synopsis

The people of Riverton, Wyoming, had concerns beyond tax season on April 15th, 2004, following the savage murder of thirty-nine-year-old Tammy Watts—a prison nurse, wife, and mother. A full-scale search for her killer commenced, culminating in a startling discovery that ultimately led to his capture.
