Synopsis

On July 4th, 1996, nine-year-old Cyndi Allinger vanished and her mother’s worst fears began to surface. Was a predator now preying on the school-aged children of the picturesque town of Lakewood, Washington? The most promising lead emerged from an unexpected source – unlikely witnesses – ultimately pointing toward Cyndi's killer.
