Synopsis

The disappearance of twenty-two-year-old Katie Sepich one evening culminated in a horrific discovery the following morning: she had been raped, murdered, and set ablaze within a landfill. The case propelled Las Cruces, New Mexico, detectives from investigating the victim’s close acquaintances to a suspected serial killer, only to ultimately lead them back to their own police department.
