Synopsis

The arrival of a boisterous new neighbor throws Dick's carefully constructed composure into disarray. His courteous demeanor is readily interpreted as affection, a misreading that ripples through the community. The townsfolk, who have long considered Dick a cherished friend, are taken aback – almost scandalized – to learn of his close association with Sam, believing it signifies an even deeper bond.
