Synopsis

Dick offered encouraging words on the young writer’s work, careful not to offer any harsh critique. Her husband, brimming with enthusiasm, made the bold decision to leave his job, providing his wife the space to dedicate herself fully to her craft. Now, the onus was on Dick: to find her an agent and guide her development as a writer – all before their savings dwindled to nothing within a month and a half.
