Synopsis

The team's stability hangs precariously in the balance, and already burdened by that uncertainty, Sandra must resort to extreme measures to stop Jack from seeking retribution against the man responsible for his wife Mary’s death. Complicating matters further, she also needs to shield DCI Karen Hardwick – a new recruit with questionable connections – from witnessing Jack's actions, all while investigating a decade-old murder.
