Synopsis

Pullman finds herself battling to maintain order as the boys' complicated histories surface. Halford remains fixated on capturing a ruthless criminal who has skillfully avoided justice, a pursuit that places him in considerable peril. Standing receives an unexpected visitor, a development that deeply unsettles him. Pullman’s patience wears thin and she contemplates a possibility that might bring her tenure within UCOS to a close.
