Synopsis

The team is investigating the “ice cream bandit,” an armed robber who targeted the vans belonging to two ice cream companies embroiled in a bitter feud during the mid-1990s. As the rivalry between the families escalated into violence, UCOS decided to pursue the bandit and bring an end to the conflict for good.
