Synopsis

Standing’s fortunes took a sharp downturn when he lost a poker game, leaving him indebted to bookie Michael Jacobs for £10,000. Yet, Michael presented him with an opportunity: a chance to settle his debt by uncovering the truth behind the disappearance of Michael's father, Joe, who had died after being mugged outside Walthamstow stadium in 1983.
