Synopsis

Robert Strickland, newly appointed Deputy Assistant Commissioner, addressed the Unsolved Crime and Open Case Squad (UCOS). He requested their attention be turned to the death of David Barrie, a prominent barrister discovered in his vehicle back in 1980, having been restrained and silenced.
