Synopsis

Rick finds himself in serious trouble when his most recent scheme against Mr. Knotts unravels. Julie, after reading a magazine article, forms a deeply unfavorable opinion of both Rick and Debbie. Stephen is taken aback when Phoebe, with unusual directness, asks him to cease his unwanted attention.
