Synopsis

The question of whether Andrea possessed new information about Dee hung in the air between them. Toadie remained unconvinced, his skepticism a palpable presence. But Andrea was insistent; she claimed a stranger had contacted her, offering knowledge of Dee. "It's true," she pleaded. "I received a call. This person... they said they knew her." Toadie hardened his expression. "You will not see Hugo," he stated flatly. "Custody was granted after the charges were dropped. You know that."
