Synopsis

"My real uncle is Mitch," Toadie confessed to Sonya, "not Walter. Walter is a fraud." He hadn't revealed this truth sooner, uncertain of Mitch’s past, and fearful of upsetting her. Now, however, Sonya was incandescent with rage at being kept in the dark. "I want to meet him," she demanded. To prevent this, Toadie slid the phone from her reach.
