Synopsis

Following his sudden collapse, Josh is adrift in disorientation, and his family struggles to understand what brought it on. As he undergoes examination in the hospital, Doug and Pam remain with Imogen, striving to make her birthday a moment of joy. Later, Josh is disheartened by the possibility that he may be alcohol intolerant. The following day, while the family awaits his test results, Doug and Pam deliver an unexpected announcement that leaves them all astonished.
