Synopsis

Lauren was stunned by Kathy's shocking revelation. Her mother offered a hurried explanation for the impulsive decision, but Lauren couldn't bring herself to listen. A sense of utter betrayal washed over her. Unable to process the news, she recoiled, pushing her mother away, and instead confided in Matt. He, too, was taken aback, yet offered only sympathy and support. Lauren knew she had to tell Brad the truth, and with a deep breath, braced herself to speak.
