Synopsis

Bailey remained consumed by thoughts of Gem, driven to find her and uncover the truth behind her disappearance. He persuaded Callum to assist in searching her room, hoping to discover any clues that might lead them to her. Their search culminated in the discovery of her diary. Ignoring Callum’s caution, Bailey began to read it, and a passage detailing aspects of himself stirred within him a surprising degree of empathy.
