Synopsis

Paul was bewildered to learn of a council investigation, triggered by a secure document he'd inadvertently left exposed. He sought out Terese, the sole person privy to his error, seeking explanation. It quickly became clear, however, that Karl had been the source of the leak. Terese confronted him with sharp words. He offered to retract the complaint if she could guarantee Paul’s well-being, but she urged him instead to consider his own conduct.
