Synopsis

A disagreement arose between Scott and Lucy concerning Basil's presence on their beach outing. Scott was apprehensive about the prospect of Basil potentially spoiling his car with odor. Later, the atmosphere at the beach grew flirtatious between Scott and Charlene, and Basil’s actions escalated to a dangerous point when he leaped from the pier.
