Synopsis

Toadie was awake before dawn on his first day at the new job, eager to make a good impression. He hoped his enthusiasm would sustain him through the entire day. Elsewhere on the street, however, the occupants of another house were beginning to accept the reality that their new flatmate would soon be leaving.
