Synopsis

Upon Lucas's return from the hospital, Steph asks him to help with his care. While there, he learns from Libby that her devotion stems from love, a revelation that moves him to declare his affection for Steph. Surprised by the sentiment, Steph deflects, denying any reciprocal feelings and rejecting him outright, a shadow of guilt lingering from her recent encounter with Dan.
