Synopsis

The bus lay broken and still, a metal tomb after the crash. Inside, Carmella and Ringo were trapped, the vehicle groaning ominously as if on the verge of implosion. Darkness encroached on Ringo's vision; he was slipping away. Yet, even as consciousness faded, he found the strength to whisper a declaration, a final testament: he loved Carmella.
