Synopsis

A shadow fell over the house with Helen’s return; she carried tidings of Laura’s declining health. Madge, after some gentle urging, agreed to accept Fred’s dinner invitation. And out on the shore, Mike performed a rescue, pulling a surfer from the turbulent sea.
