Synopsis

The discovery of Anthony DiNozzo, Sr., seated in a vehicle with a deceased person concealed in the trunk, and his subsequent claim of amnesia regarding the preceding night, thrust the NCIS team into a difficult investigation. They were compelled to determine whether DiNozzo possessed the capacity for murder.
