Synopsis

The hopeful atmosphere of a college fair shattered when a Petty Officer’s recruitment session ended in tragedy, setting in motion an investigation that would draw the attention of NCIS. Joined by Dr. Mallard’s former colleague, the team was tasked with unraveling the circumstances surrounding the young man's death.
