Synopsis

A weekend tip to the NCIS hotline, originating from an anonymous source and hinting at potential terrorist activity, results in the deaths of two agents lured into a deadly ambush. The team must now uncover the perpetrators, aided by Agent Paula Cassidy, who carries the weight of responsibility for the devastating loss.
