Synopsis

The death of a Navy lieutenant from radiation poisoning draws the NCIS team into a complex investigation. The lieutenant, employed by the International Atomic Energy Agency, insists that only two colleagues were aware of his assignment. Someone, however, appears determined to obstruct his work, attempting to derail his next inquiry.
