Synopsis

The NCIS team assumes the case when a law enforcement officer is fatally shot on the highway. Their initial focus – the victim’s hidden life – offers a potential path to solving the crime. However, the investigation takes an unexpected turn with the discovery of a final message from the victim, which points them toward a completely different lead.
