Synopsis

Without the steady hand of Gibbs at their side, the NCIS team confronts a dangerous assignment against a terrorist organization. Still recovering from the explosion, Gibbs battles the disorienting effects of memory loss, a condition complicated by unexpected visits from his mentor and former superior. His expertise is desperately needed, particularly after the team uncovers the unsettling truth: he remains the sole repository of crucial information regarding the terrorists' plans.
