Synopsis

At a high school on the Quantico base, a teenage student holds others captive, a bomb affixed to his body. The NCIS team races against time to prevent its detonation. As the student enters a classroom, Gibbs attempts intervention, only to suspect a more insidious influence at play – that an outside force may be manipulating the youth's actions.
