Synopsis

Driven by a thirst for vengeance, a cell of prolific terrorists assigns Ari to eliminate Gibbs. The NCIS team launches a pursuit, but their efforts are ultimately futile. They soon uncover the scope of Ari's design, realizing with grim certainty that intervention has come too late.
