Synopsis

Erin Kendall insists she witnessed a murder in the apartment directly across the hall from her. Gibbs assigns the case to McGee, who is confident in his ability to solve it independently. Yet, hampered by the absence of concrete evidence, McGee seeks the team's assistance.
