Synopsis

The pursuit of the arms dealer takes a sharp turn when evidence implicates Bishop in a past NSA leak, sending shockwaves through the team. Simultaneously, Gibbs and Marcie begin to suspect that their quarry, the killer they've been hunting, may have discovered their presence.
