Synopsis

Evidence suggests the child may be the daughter of a Navy recruit who vanished a decade prior. Simultaneously, Bishop uncovers lingering notes penned by Special Agent Ziva David, revealing she continued to pursue the case even after NCIS formally concluded its efforts.
