Synopsis

When it was revealed that the Secretary of the Navy had been subjected to surveillance during a confidential briefing, Eleanor Bishop, an NSA analyst who had foreseen the security breach with unsettling accuracy two years prior, joined forces with the NCIS team to investigate.
