Synopsis

Director Vance tasks DiNozzo with a delicate mission: escorting an Admiral's daughter back to the United States from Paris. However, the assignment takes an unexpected turn when DiNozzo finds himself embroiled in a contentious crime scene, forcing him to rely on the support of his NCIS team.
