Synopsis

The discovery of a body – that of a former NCIS agent – washing up on the shores of New Orleans brings Leroy Jethro Gibbs face to face with Dwayne Cassius Pride, Special Agent with NCIS. Together, they must unravel the circumstances of the death, seeking to discern whether it stems from political intrigue or a lingering connection to a case long in the public eye.
