Synopsis

The recovery of a stolen drone and its connection to the shadowy terrorist known as Parsa thrusts the NCIS team into a collaboration with the Department of Defense. This partnership includes Hollis Mann, Gibb’s former girlfriend, as they race against time to locate the device before it can be weaponized in a major attack.
