Synopsis

The NCIS team traveled to Cuba to examine the circumstances surrounding a Navy translator’s alleged involvement in smuggling activities at a detention center. The investigation was prompted by his unexpected death; he had died at the wheel of his car while returning to the United States from Guantanamo Bay.
