Synopsis

Detective Nash pursues a vigilante who asserts he’s aiding the justice system by eliminating dangerous criminals, even a serial rapist. Adding to the complexities of the case, Nash’s estranged and peculiar cousin, also a police officer, arrives from Scotland.
