Synopsis

A city lives under the shadow of a sniper, who picks off victims with indiscriminate shots. Meanwhile, a persistent rat infestation compels Joe to address the issue with Nash, his landlord. Amidst this grim reality, Evan proposes to Cassidy, only to have their hopeful moment overshadowed by a devastating traffic accident that leaves Cassidy clinging to life.
