Synopsis

Tsunade’s decree kept Naruto from pursuing Sasuke, leaving Kiba and Hinata to ponder how best to assist him. Shino recalled a particular insect, its presence a sure signpost to Sasuke’s location. They shared this information with Tsunade, who, after consideration, granted them permission to seek it out, appointing Shino as their leader.
