Synopsis

Naruto persists in honing his Rasengan, having achieved mastery over its spinning and raw power. The final stage, however, presents the most formidable challenge: control. Separately, Orochimaru and Kabuto approach Tsunade, pleading for her to restore his severed arms. In return for this boon, he offers to employ his forbidden Rebirth of the Impure World jutsu to resurrect her deceased lover and younger brother.
