Synopsis

Having been unable to retrieve Sasuke, the ninja of the Leaf Village began their return journey. Tsunade, however, dispatched Katsuyu to deliver urgent news: the barrier surrounding Mount Katsunagi, erected by the Tsuchigumo Clan to contain a potent and forbidden technique, had been breached. While Kakashi and Team 8 made for the Leaf, Team 7, under the leadership of Yamato, was tasked with investigating the unfolding situation.
