Synopsis

Jiraiya recognized a chilling familiarity in each of the Six Paths of Pain, faces he had encountered in the past. Piecing together fragmented clues, he discerned the truth of Pain’s identity, though it was clear the latter would not permit him to carry that knowledge away. Meanwhile, the inevitable encounter between Itachi and Sasuke drew near, and Sasuke, with a dreadful certainty, foresaw his brother's demise.
