Synopsis

Tsunade remained engrossed in Jiraiya's latest novel. A troubling wave had swept through the ninja world; both Chunin and Jonin were vanishing without a trace. Consequently, the Fourth Hokage, Minato, initiated a search, deploying teams of Genin under the leadership of Guy and Kurenai. Kakashi’s Team 7 was also assigned to the task. Yet, Naruto Uzumaki, the Hokage's son, found himself burdened by the unfortunate reputation of being a failure.
