Synopsis

Tsunade remained engrossed in Jiraiya's latest novel. A troubling wave had washed over the village: both Chunin and Jonin were vanishing without a trace. Consequently, the Fourth Hokage, Minato, initiated a search, deploying teams of Genin under the leadership of Guy and Kurenai. Kakashi’s Team 7 was also sent forth on the mission. Yet, Naruto Uzumaki, the Hokage’s son, found himself burdened with the unfortunate reputation of a failure.
