The story progressed with a balance of suspenseful moments and interesting details, managing to draw you in, though it didn't offer entirely fresh thematic territory; it presented a functional short narrative despite a somewhat shaky beginning. It was refreshing to have the whole storyline set outside of Korea, offering a departure from familiar tropes within Korean crime dramas. While the series avoided ruining the conclusion, they opted for a predictable and conventional resolution. The cast was generally good, but Hwang Jung Min unsurprisingly dominated every scene, leaving me hoping he’d do more television work.
