Synopsis

As dusk settled over Horseshoe Bay and the annual Harvest Carnival reached its peak, a young man's body was discovered on the carnival grounds along the Hudson River. The Drew Crew found themselves embroiled in the perplexing case, a web of baffling clues pointing to a new terror gripping the town. This killer, it seemed, possessed an enigmatic link to Temperance Hudson, Nancy’s latest adversary.
