Synopsis

She felt a familiar frustration bloom, a tightening in her chest whenever he dismissed her concerns about his new acquaintance. It was a pattern, this disregard, and it finally reached a breaking point. Her response was deliberate, a calculated act of defiance. She would, in turn, pursue a course of action designed to unsettle him, to remind him of the absurdity of his choices. And so, she began dating someone he would consider a complete and utter nightmare – a man known only as Chopper.
