Synopsis

Chip brought in a lanky boy from Liverpool, his neighbor’s son who played a long-haired guitar, hoping he’d be just what his struggling rock and roll band needed. The young Englishman's gentle, folksong style on the guitar proved disappointing, clearly out of sync with the trio's loud, amplified sound. Still, somehow, he helped them secure a trophy in an amateur talent competition.
